Hello Dr Melissa, I suffer with PCS and tight pelvic floor, your exercises are life changing and bring so much relief ❤ If it weren’t for daily stretches with your videos I would be dealing with pain all the time. Thank you for everything you do!!

How long does it take for yoga to fully work on relaxing the pelvic floor? Is it something that happens after one session or multiple?

Great question! It's not just about the exercises, but more about how you are doing them and what you are feeling. Some have relief right away and others takes a couple of sessions, and some longer. The key is getting to the root cause of what's causing the tightness and these can be things we are doing during our day 💗
