These pelvic exercises are great for me! But I also have balance issues due to a neurological issue. Can you have some exercises focused on working on balance? I'm not expecting a major change, but some small improvements will help.

This was great, thx Dr M! I am 7 months post Total knee implant and am wondering if a slow long holding child's pose with knees together is a good way to encourage range of motion? 😊

Ouch! Unfortunately with the bursitis on my right hip, I can not even lay on that side without pain, so I'll have to find another workout to help with my issues 😢
