Do you struggle with tight hips? Give these Yoga Stretches for TIGHT Hips, Psoas, & Pelvic Floor a try. We are releasing hip flexors, improving hip mobility, and focusing on pelvic floor exercises. The key is focusing on your breathing. There is a big connection between our hips and pelvic floor with one of the deep hip rotators attaching onto the pelvic floor muscles.

I think this one is my favorite so far. It hit ALL the spots I needed to stretch. It's going to be a daily one for me as my hips, psoas, and pelvic floor are T-I-G-H-T!!! Thank you so much for making these stretches available and free! You are a blessing! Since I leave in a beach town, I'd love to see more beach backgrounds ;) Thank you again!

This was a fantastic flow really enjoyed this because of the different poses moving slowly and breathing technique really effects the core thanks Melissa i never realized that hips affect the feet and lower back u are awesome i highly appreciated your technique and style always learning something new everytime I d😢 your practices have a wonderful evening see you next work out thumbs up always u rock keep up the great work

Melissa, ❤❤❤❤❤ This freed me up so much!!! Thank you! I will come back to it! May I please ask you a question? Would you consider this a video that both helps to open the body AND strengthen is? Or, do you have another for one that will help me strengthen these muscle groups (releasing fascia) as well as increase flexibility? Thanks you again, julie

Doing mountain walks, climbing, an biking down them, at extremely high speeds, not fun thou, when you smash into a tree 🤣 few ribs took the fall. Your videos help ease the tinkles from the rib area, plus your great to watch. Well done ✅
