Dr. Ruscio, thank you for so much for bringing us the latest studies on probiotics in an easy-to-understand format. Honestly, I didn't need these studies to already confirm what I've witnessed myself. This past month of using your recommended probiotic protocol has reduced my IBS symptoms to nearly undetectable levels. It's truly amazing how effective is it!

I just followed Dr. Ruscio's advice and used a triple blend first. I used a lactobacillus blend with 9 different strains, saccharomyces boulardii and Bacillus Coagulans. Use the dosing guide given by Dr. Ruscio. See how you feel in 3 months. After that, you can start removing pills to see what your minimum effective dose is. Don't worry about the brands or the exact strains.

Thank you for your videos and advice. I have the symptoms of post infectious IBS/SIBO following food poisoning in Sep 2023. I’ve been eating a healthy high fibre diet for years and really wasn’t keen to start on the low FODMAP route straightaway. I decided to try with probiotics and am taking a lacto - bifido blend and saccharomyces boulardii. Also gentle exercise after meals, resistance training & cardio. Already feel like I’m seeing some good improvement after about 4 weeks - thank you

You are the perfect picture of health (externally), hopefully internally too. Glowing, youthful skin and body. The perfect brand ambassador for the Dr Ruscio institute. It is very rare to see in the doctors who are practicing what they preach! 😝 🎉 Bet it helps to make your brand more credible. And that charisma and your showmanship should grow your subscription exponentially! 😊 More people globally should be exposed to your great advice.

"… Eating to reduce inflammation is more important than eating to feed your gut bugs" (Dr. Michael Ruscio, Healthy Gut, Healthy You, pp 133-134). Very important thought. It seems I am eating too much "good" fiber.

Thanks for the valuable info and insights! Can you do a video covering gut health as it relates to Rosacea, please 🙏 I've seen studies correlating rosacea with sibo and H pylori, but I'd love to hear your thoughts.
@dpstrial10 ай бұрын
I have very mild rosacea, but have neither SIBO nor h. pylori; however, I do have Coeliac disease. Scientists have failed to find a single pathogenesis for rosacea, but I suspect it has something to do with the gut, e.g. intestinal permeability.

Just discovered functional and natural medicine. Had my first visit this week with a well reputed and referred Dr in my area. He is very in line with Dr Ruscio with the thought of testing and what is necessary. So I have taken the first step on this journey, hope I can finally find some relief soon.

I just purchased your lacto-bifido probiotic blend to help with my abdominal pain. Is it better to start at a higher dosage (4 capsules/day) and ramp down over time (2 capsules/day), or a lower dosage and ramp up over time? It says to take 2 capsules 1-2 times per day. Thanks!

What’s the best probiotic for the peoples who has ibd ?
@jayalexandertilley10 ай бұрын
I believe Dr. Ruscio has said in previous videos that the specific probiotics, or combinations of probiotics that will work for each person may be different. The most well known and used are the Bifido, Lactobacillus, Saccharomyces boulardii, soil based, You may have to try and test certain ones, or combinations, and pay attention to how you feel to discover the most supportive ones for you as an individual. While also remembering you can get probiotics and prebiotics from healthy, ideally organic if possible/accessible fresh foods, and that too can support the supplement.

Experimenting with moringa, for leverage, for my daughter's first flare since last year after a feast on a triple decker pizza. Will add an emergency 9 strain lacto/bifido probiotic dose with that after noticing what happens to her symptoms and pain level 4 that is just plateauing at that level. Cutting out gluten, lowering sugar and putting her on lactose free milk again because her allergies are playing up again. Also, I am experimenting with Prosit for the benefit of Aloe Vera once a week. Yay! Treatment is helping. Using double dose in the morning. Pain level down to 3.5this morning. Sneezing attacks stopped too. Pasty anemia face normalised too. Put her on 6 billion lacto-bifido 14 strain probiotic strain. I can't wait to see how a supportive environment will impact the good bacteria. 😉🫠

Is IBS = SIBO ?
@jayalexandertilley10 ай бұрын
Answering from content shared in the vide: SIBO can be one of the many factors that is resulting in IBS. They are not the same thing but there is definitely relationship between the two. Not in every person but in many. Having a unbalanced community of bacteria in your gut can contribute to irritable bowels. Hope that helps.
