The limit is set to 15m it has nothing to do with registration , but everyone uses the hacks & end up flying even beyond 120m

You won’t be able to fly it above 15m without the hack because that’s the legal limit , if you want to follow the rules you have to stay at the maximum limit.

Bro if my friend bring used micro class drone in india will there be any customs issues? If yes can we tell them we have not brought it for flying purposes so will still there be any need for UIN number for drone?

Nope… as per Indian law , you are not allowed to get the drone from abroad. At customs drone will be confiscated and you will be charged with a fine also.

No you cannot fly any kind of drone in red zone if you get caught by the police it will be a big issue
