every day i wake up in the same place, some little town in the middle of the united states no where near the ocean. constantly surrounded by people that only notice others when you are in the way of them quickly getting to where they don't really want to be. if you have ever wondered what these videos mean to people they mean everything. to wake up and see that a new video has been uploaded brightens my week. we all get to see you every week and lets face it we all have real life friends that don't make the time to see us weekly. thank you delos for giving us a weekly vacation and for the friendship you have brought to us all.

Ive never been into sailing, actually only found you guys through work and life induced insomnia and reaching the end of KZbin a bunch of times. I never thought vibes could be contagious through videos. True stoke really comes through in every one of your videos. Im an industrial electrician and seeing what Brian can accomplish with no local parts store and limited equipment is really awesome. I think Blue is a great sport to put up with a pretty gnarly shellbacking ceremony. Swim naked around the boat? No problem! Then everyone else does it. Before I left for Afghanistan, I was a Seabee doing combat construction. I was looking at buying a sailboat once I came back and cruise the west coast after getting out of the Navy. Ended up moving to Seattle and attending D.I.T commercial dive school. Long story short. I'm now in North Texas working as a welder. I've been watching your videos and I have made a ten yr plan to save as much money as possible and buy a sailboat big enough for my family and start cruising. I know the feeling. I lost my drony sailing this summer. Got a replacement but miss the old one. I made the mistake of launching it from home mode but on a moving boat that is back from where you set and by the time it gets up to hover it goes back to where you activated take off from. It hit the stays and railing and dove into the water. Glad you got the footage downloaded. My pics were on the chip and gone. I now back up after each flight. I've been following Delos since episode 70 something and each episode gets better than the previous one. Your editing is first class. I look forward to every Friday then can't wait til the next. Blue is an unbelievable addition to your "crew" and her letter to Brady was awesome. I did feel a little embarrassed for Blue having to swim nude in her commitment to Neptune with all those cameras focused on her. I realize you do have a very good method to blur out any "sensitive" areas to eliminate nudity in your blogs but this was a little "off color" in my opinion and took away a little bit of class which you are respected for. Nuff said, keep up the fantastic work.

congrats blue on becoming a shellback. time honored tradition for us sailors! the ceremony was a hoot. in the navy you have to crawl for hours on your hands and knees eat nasty shit and get beat with shillelagh, blow bubbles in puddles and sing with your nose in water. then there was the fat belly baby, trash shoot, ect. was a blast to watch you all cross the equator. just think next time you get to take it out on a nasty pollywog!!!!! A true crossing the line ceremony! Awesome Delos! I had the chance to play the part of Davy Jones during a crossing, what a great experience. Adding to this history, when my second submarine, crossed the equator (in both directions) the Captain of the ship was one David Jones. I still have that card. And while people are not superstitious, one never takes chances with the boat (ship).
