Now they’re $179. Just got the Neos a few days ago for $200. I’m swiftly returning them and getting the Noirs. Also got some suede pads which improves the sound IMO

Meze sells balanced cables for the 99s, the copper ones are cheaper than the braided silver cables but apparently they sound the same. It's still like 50 for the copper, but i think the aesthetics would match the noirs wonderfully. Also the 99 series had a silent revision like a year ago changing the socket connecting the cups to the headband making them like the 109s for a more balanced sound signature.
