NU METAL IS BACK nobody said hybrid theory wasn’t nu metal, if anything that was when nu metal was becoming popular, and what’s wrong with these guys? Trap core doesn’t include much of the metal aspect other than the screaming and aggressiveness. These guys include most aspects of metal + the new era of hip hop which is just trap. They got screaming, acoustic drums, heavy low tuned guitar riffs, aggression. Listen to “Scratch and Claw,” “Virus,” and “Hakai” and tell me that’s not nu metal.
