L Arginine for ED, Pre Workout, Blood Pressure ------- Pumpkin seeds have one of the highest concentrations of arginine. One cup of dried pumpkin seeds contains 6.905 grams of the amino acid. Other seeds with a high amount of arginine include watermelon, sesame, and sunflower seeds. Dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese are all sources of arginine.

One bothersome thing about taking supplements for any reason is they always tell you it would take two or three months for it to start to work. I don't mind taking something for 30 days to find out it's not working and then stop but I do not like the idea of paying for something for 90 days and find out it doesn't work and you spent the money anybody else feel this way?
@merncat3384 Жыл бұрын
That's just nature and how supplements work in the body.. they are not a quick-fix like medication.. they are helping the body to create certain effects or heal itself, which takes time.. personally, I start to notice benefits from supplements within 2 - 4 weeks of taking them but of course the longer I take them the more improvement I notice. I also like to cycle through, I don't like to take anything for too long, so typically I will switch after a month or the longest I will take a supplement is for 3 months and then I take a month off

I have been taking 2000mg of L-Arganine with 5250mg L-Citrulline on and off, mostly on, for over 10 years. I'm 54 years old and questioning whether I should be doing this every day. Is it too much? The body is so complicated and I've been having problems with mine lately. I do firmly believe too much of anything is not good for you. How much is too much though? It's going take 150 years for anyone to figure this stuff out. I have 20-25 years and that's not enough time for me to figure it out. I'm going to cut the L-Arganine and L-Citrulline down to every other day and cut off the statin drugs completely. I'll see if that makes a difference. It's really hard to navigate life at this age. I just want to be able to carry grocery bags and walk at the same time, maybe dance to music a bit when I get home. I didn't think I would run into problems at 54. Doctors are useless until a problem becomes life threatening. Otherwise, I feel like I'm on my own. I don't know. I'm just going to make those changes and see what happens.
@bobb9922 Жыл бұрын
ck with your doc to see if you really need the statin. 2x different ones over the years, just stopped 2nd 3 weeks ago, feel fantastic, not taking ever again.

It took me until I was 31 to lose my virginity, and I've never had sleep erections, but I eventually fathered 3 children. I'm now 71 and my need for sex and ability to have it is exactly the same as it was 40+ years ago. I just have always had a low sex drive.
