Main aapka diet plan follow Kiya aur 75 days mein 25 kg weight loss Kiya. Mera waight 135 tha. Ab 108 kg hai. Mujhe aur 45 kg weight loss karna hai. Mera weight loss process chalu hai. Thanks madam

Itna jyada v nei khana chahiye jitna video me bola hai Simple recipe se oatmeal banao, itna masala butter oil wagera use mat karo weight loss karna hai jldi to 800 calories se jyada mat khao, and suger wale chizz bilkul mat khao ,oil v mat khao ,and butter ghee wagera v mat khao ,salad jyada khao ,pani jyada khao , and daily ( breakfast me oatmeal lo 50gram + half cup skim milk 50 ml ) and 11am fruit 1 medium size apple + (1pm oatmeal 50 gram + skim milk half cup 50ml )+ 3pm banana + ( 6:30 pm half cup oatmeal 50gram + skim milk 50ml ) Total calorie 600-800 ,ye sabse best rhga ,and Daily workout v karo subha thoda running+ walk + exercise etc.

Everything is okay but I disagree on one thing that is checking weight everyday. Weight doesn't fluctuate everyday even after the rigorous workout and diet and it's very demotivating. Instead check weight once you start the process then check it after 2-3 weeks or a month.

I will start oats diet from 2moro and will do for 1 week. My present weight is 59.2 i want to reduce at least 10kg but for now i will do this for jst a week and i will give the update after a week. Update: so I did not follow the diet that was mentioned in this video. I jst ate oatmeal evryday for a week and i lost 2.4kg so currently im 56.8. im happy that it worked so im going to continue this till i reach my desired weight😊
