Very hard to follow for a working professional! Also, it seems the total carbs content is very high. Don't have much healthy fat source and no complete protein (as plant proteins are not complete protein). Almost no source of vitamin B12 and iron (plant source has negligible iron). Many many flaws are in this diet.
