Since, from last week I started my running , yesterday evening I got LCL injured in right leg on right side It doesn't pain when I walk slowly. But I can't move faster with my right leg and also its pains when I step in and step down the stairs how long it will take to get cured. untill it get cured I have to stop my running or not Anyone suggest me please
