if you do 5km daily running then you will get shin pain but after taking 1 day gap it will stop paining automatically...no need to worry

Cemented road mein running karta Tha Mei or bohot zyada shin pain Hua Tha 2 saal tak. 2 saal k baad automatically thik hogaya. So avoid cemented road race continuesely.

Main sub kuch kr diya sir rest karle tho Kum hota fir running shuru karte hai tho 2-4 din main wapas aa jata hai silicon in sole or Nike ka shoes use karne ke baad bhi khatam nahi ho raha hai 3-4 saal se pareshan hu 😢😢

@Monty_Singh_0 थोड़ा बहुत मिला है। पर shin pain का मेन कारण ज्यादा वजन और पेरो की muscles का कमजोर होना है। इसलिए वजन कम करो। और पेरो के muscles को exercise करके मजबूत बनाओ।
