I would say always worry about unusual breast pain. I’ve heard breast cancer tumors don’t hurt, I’m a 2 time breast cancer survivor. Just had a bilateral mastectomy and chemo 9 months ago. Always get it checked! Always get screened! Always advocate for yourself. A pain in the same spot that doesn’t go away!…. Get it checked!!! 80% of “things wrong with your breasts” is benign! But don’t ever blow it off! Make sure!

I’ve had swelling in my left breast for a few days last week, there was no lump or anything, but my left breast was heavy, sore and larger than normal and red at the bottom, I was told by family and even googled that it may have been due to too much caffeine consumption from sodas and coffee. The swelling went down and it quit hurting after about 3 days, then today I started having some sharp pain in it, it was random then became persistent, there’s no swelling, but it still feels kind of heavy, and when I press down hard on it I can feel a little slight lump, when I check my other breast I can feel what maybe been tissue or veins but it’s not as inflamed as the left one. I’m planning to get a mammogram done this week and am kind scared of what’s going on.

Ma'am ! my wife is 39 years old. She is feeling pain in her left breast since Aughst 2023.the pain is moving from breast to left armpit continually. We conducted all the test mammography, including heart tests but could not find the reason. Some kind of flued is discharged from the nipple. Breast surgeon said it is due to vain's spread. Though she advised nolvadex 10 mg for 3.5 month and regular checkups. However, light pain still exists. We are worried. Please guide. It is important that all tests are clear . Please advise us what should we do.

Nolvadex is used to lower estrogen levels and probably that is what your doctor thinks causes the pains. In your doctors shoes i would do a blood test for hormone levels. In most cases, hormones are the cause of irritations, but in het case: which hormone?. Regular checkups i understand. Are there any color changes or rashes visible?

@@naimasaffi8479 yeah i am fine, I already had a check up with the breast doctor he said there is nothing to worry about. The breast doctor in Israel has equipment to check the breast it is like ultrasound machine. The same thing happened to me in 2013, the pain was due to hormonal changes, it will gradually go away by itself. Try doing some exercise and stretching it will help easing the pain.

Hi I'm 48 and post menopausal for 4 years ..so I got a reminder to go in for my 2 year follow up mammogram two days later I got a call back to come in for further x-rays ultrasound ..just before I received my mammogram reminder to go in I was experiencing some pain in my upper right breast... when I was younger I'd occasionally get a cyst just before my period. I've gone through lots of physical changes in the past 4 years..I lost 50-60 lbs that I thought was gained by menopause but was actually my thyroid I was prescribed Synthroid and never been better ...my concerns: 1.A family member has had breast cancer ( family genetics ( 2. Assumed breast pain was a cyst would just go away😉 So the timing of the mammogram and call back to further investigate has me concerned..if I was still getting periods this wouldn't be a worry..

There was just an issue with my C6 (a pressure point I guess) Which got cured just by few movement and most of it was was only triggered by my health anxiety. Once I stopped thinking about it most of my symptoms disappeared. Which I realised when I got notification from one of you guys on youtube to update about my pain. Thats when I realised damn I it disappeared and I didn’t realise that. So anyone who is going thru extreme health anxiety I just want you to tell you all that health anxiety could cause some really visible symptoms in your body like in my case it was extreme pain and inflammation. Please get it checked because most of the time it is actually gonna be nothing at all or something really minor like in my case. So it’ll just put your mind at ease

I have pain from a lump on the inner area of my left breast. It’s really angry red looking and antibiotics helped with swelling initially but it’s infected again and swelling back up. I thought it was a cyst but they can’t drain it, it’s very hard. The skin over it didn’t just peel a bit like when I got small ones after having kids, the full texture changed and feels so strange, i honestly add my skin care routine stuff to keep it from drying because then it hurts so much more. It feels like it weighs a lot, I can’t sleep, hell I can’t even eat anymore. ER poked at it and nothing else, family physician seems confused and made a follow up.

Hiya. There is no evidence to link deodorants to increase breast cancer risk. Hope that helps.

Studies on the commonly used ingredient “Aluminum” founded in antiperspirants shows thats high or frequent quantities of this ingredient had adverse effects on animals during trial. The main purpose of aluminum is to block the pores to prevent swearing hence the name “antiperspirant”. It stops you from sweating. It makes no sense to then apply these products directly onto the armpit where the lymph nodes and breast tissues are located. That area should be free of blockage allowing the body to excrete toxins. However blocking it will make the body go haywire then leading to irritations and inflammation. I have read studies on the ingredient. I also found a KZbin video of man that found a lump and when he stopped using antiperspirant with Aluminum in it the lump disappeared, along with a lot of people in the comment section noticing the same thing. I find I get some abnormalities when using antiperspirant and when I stop my skin improves. Try discontinuing it. I am also a healthcare advisor. There may not be enough studies to prove it, but because they are not enough isn’t worth the risk because all you need to know is. Humans should not be ingesting Aluminum point blank period.

Just a lump but I changed my diet drastically after I got my sonnogram, not malignant but still it must go away slowly by not provoking my poor health further with poor choices of food. I changed into more fiber and no sugar diet. I eat no rice, no bread. I eat protein from fish, beef and pork, salads and I drink juiced celery, red beets, carrots and cucumber with a small amount of ginger every day. The sharp pains was reduced and it havent happened for a month now and size of the lump decreased. Watch many cancer/tumor survivors testimony about them changing their diet and routines, it helps. And learn more about what causes these types of diagnosis and what makes it grow so you would know what to avoid and not further complicate your health.

@@vedika6260 hey nothing’s wrong with paying much attention to your health. It is your utmost priority to your self, pcod is a caused by poor lifestyle, diet, or stress and even hormonal imbalance. If medication helps thats good but if it doesnt do anything, I think a second opinion from another doctor would help you and do listen to other people’s experience over PCOD and PCOS and how they were able to maintain and improve their state of healing. Just to share my mom had spotting, that was abnormal for 3 years and it was caused by high stress of over managing her stores plus poor choices of meals that it accumulated over those 3 years. She had to change her diet, take in her supplements to make up for her lack of nutrients and balance her hormones by exercise and leaving the city because her lungs were weakened and she acquired asthma. Now she is better, her spotting stopped and her uterus doesn’t give her bouts of sharp pains and now she knows her health depends solely on what she consumes and how she regulates her body. My mom was super into fixing her own self, she researched everything that could have caused her health problems and how she can ease it. Everyone was skeptical over it but I just supported her and also help in her check ups and daily routine. So no, dont feel bad over worrying. But just don’t panic, be calm, stress and sadness can bring more harm to your body, it literally makes it deteriorate so don’t be depressed. Go out, be surrounded by love ones, know your body and your diagnosis, to be knowledgeable of your state is being able to understand the cause and effects you are undergoing and see the possibilities that could help while also taking medications. since I was about 15 or so I've had sporadic pain in my left breast, I mean sporadic as in only a few times a year. it has always felt like a stinging pain, luckily I haven't had it for the past year or so. for information my breast are rather large as that runs in the family. the pain had always felt like it behind my breast somehow, I came across this video watching a self check video but there are no lumps or disfigurations on them as of my 22 year life. should I contact my doctor and discuss it or should I only do so if it ever returns?
