Health anxiety is pretty sweet when it comes to producing fatigue. I remember couple years back when I wanted to paint my flat, I had to sit every couple of brush strokes to catch a breath because I felt a little bit under the weather. Went to the doc during that day, figured out I'm perfectly fine with some minor cold, and when my mind was kinda at ease, I painted whole flat without a single drop of sweat lol.

Until recently my anxiety hasn't caused fatigue and now I am super fatigued. I've gotten tested and my heart is fine, my blood is fine. My anxiety tells me the exhaustion is serious and I'm super scared

Having anxiety is awful. Living with it is exhausting. And i do have health anxiety wear I’m thinking something is wrong with me. It’s exhaustion mostly. I might need more exercise. And maybe nutrition. May the lord bless whoever is struggling through it. ❤️🙏🏻

I'm feeling very overwhelmed work wise. I have been the only employee at a kennel for over a year now because of covid. I like the job but my boss is an older woman who can't do much so she is relying on me for everything. I can work anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours a day but I just feel so overwhelmed because she lets our customers pretty much rule over my schedule and I can't even relax when I finally get home because every little inconvenience she's calling me so I'm always dreading when my phone rings. I can't get a mental or physical break for myself. I can't call out ever even if I'm having anxiety because I don't have any co workers so I feel so stuck. I'm terrified to tell her because she freaks out if she even thinks I'm not happy with the job and literally guilt trips me. So I've been keeping quiet, but I feel like my only way out is that I'm gonna end up in the hospital from a panic attack or burn out. Not sure what to do. Should I go to the hospital?
@DrTrishLeighBrainRewire3 жыл бұрын
You are going to have to learn to set some boundaries my friend. So that you can stay sane. You absolutely need a mental and physical break. Instead of going to the hospital you’re going to have to tell her that you need more support at the kennel and that when you are not working you will not be able to answer your phone. This is a much better option than going to the hospital. If you would like to talk you can schedule a private consultation with me at the link below. I love to help you out. drtrishleigh.com/anxiety-neuro-coaching/

Can simply reading an interesting novel be considered being in Alpha waves? What about a video game? I'm no "gamer", I buy 1-3 video games a year that I am only VERY interested in. Or is engaging in video games too much beta, since you have to focus and concentrate?
@DrTrishLeighBrainRewire3 жыл бұрын
Yes. Reading is a great way to get into Alpha. Games for short time are OK, too much is bad for you.

I have a history of sleep apnea and I am very sleep deprived. I have had panic attacks for years. Recently my panic attacks have gone away but I get very tired. Could this be that I am not sleep deprived enough to cause the anxiety anymore but sleep deprived enough to be super tired? I.e it's a good thing because it is not as advanced?
