It lets you play these fast parts while saving some stamina.You use a bigger variety of muscles this way = less overall strain! And sometimes it just comes down to preference 😁 Lots of others prefer the heel-toe and some even play quick doubles alternating on left/right pedal and make it sound like they're playing super fast!
