Flour - 80 grams (5 tablespoons)
Cocoa powder - 45 grams (4 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
Cornstarch - 30 grams (3 tablespoons)
Cherry filling:
Pitted cherries - 300 grams (2 cups)
Condensed milk - 120 grams (5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
Butter - 70 grams
Dark chocolate - 120 grams
Liqueur or Cognac - 50 ml (4 tablespoons)
Glaze:
Cream 20% - 150 ml (10 tablespoons)
Chocolate - 130 grams
Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
Nuts - 50 grams
