So it seems to me that there a lot of disagreements in the comments saying she innocent, he didn’t read her miranda rights. How do they know she was driving, and why was she arrested. So here is my take, by assumption. I believe she drove to the walk mart drunk, shoplifted, drove back to her destination drunk but also got in a little accident. And was too drunk to get out of the car and just stayed there. lol that’s what I believe and that’s more than enough reason to get arrested. Especially driving intoxicated! And yes the officer was doing too much, if you were going to arrest her then just arrest her. He was asking her all those non important questions. But I hope this lady gets some help.
