btw smf, if your shoulder is bothering you it's probably from using the computer all the time straining those muscles, i had something similar happen to me. buy some gel ice packs and a heating pad and alternate between the two on your shoulder, it helps increase the blood flow to that area to aid in healing it hope you feel better, i know that shit sucks to deal with since we don't realize how much we engage our shoulders until they aren't working right
