It's a good diet plan for weight loss but as soon as we start taking roti chawal again what will happen? we should take it as life style and try to loose weight with everything we eat normally in our homes.. It's not that difficult we just have to learn how o do portion control..

I give you very simple and practical weight loss /diabetic diet plan. Reduce roti flour and replace it with 50% vegetables. Reduce un-nessary refined carbs , sweeteners and extra fat. I have reduced almost 4kg in two months.
