Naturopathic Doc here... My Dad lived to 100 years old ... God and I healed him of Cancer when he had been misdiagnosed by regular allopathic medicine which ended up causing him severe physical injuries. They sent him home to die ... he called me... God and I stepped in. Just the Truth

I am a senior who sometimes spends way too much time sitting. I set a timer for an hour. I have to get up to turn it off. My goal is to move for ten minutes. It can be household chores or exercise. It also gives you time to listen to your body, bathroom break, thirst, hunger, whatever. It does give me more energy.

Side note: I saw somewhere, that adding carrot to bean stew reduces gassiness. Coincidentally I made a red lentil stew 2 days ago with carrots in it, and there was Zero gas. I’m going to try it again today using brown lentils.

Another Great video Dr Li. Absolutely love your videos. I’m really not sure what to do about the plastic thing. It’s so convenient carrying and drinking out of a plastic water bottle compared to glass. And I have a plastic water filter at home. And I use Plastic sleep grind guards when I sleep.

As far as drinking water from a plastic bottle does that also include buying gallon jugs of water pouring them in a glass and drinking them? I don't mean to sound unintelligent but I think it's a fair question. I mean obviously if you are pouring it from a plastic container it's still includes millions of microplastics? Correct? Thank you sir for all of your help I love your podcast it is a life changer I really appreciate everything you do for us God bless you
@JC-rl1vd3 күн бұрын
I have had the same thought. Maybe it depends upon how long it's already been sitting in the jug before putting it in the glass bottle? Or do the microplastics happen immediately when put in? I'd like to know the answer too.

I wonder about your conclusion about turning on brown fat increases your energy level. Turning on brown fat causes 'uncoupling' of mitochondria electron transport from ATP production and produces heat instead. This will burn fat but will not increase ATP production.

Ideally, it should be 100$ cacao, with no sugar added; as in unsweetened cacao nibs and unsweetened cacao paste.

@@jamesherried9269 That would not be enjoyable at all.
@jamesherried92693 күн бұрын
@4LuvOfGAIA It is very enjoyable, if you combine the ground cacao nibs with dried fruit (such as prunes or dried cacao fruit) and organic black raspberry powder. Better than dark chocolate, because it has a richer, more intense cocoa flavor, and it's better for you. I always get a boost (mentally and physically) from eating fresh-ground cacao nibs, that I've never experienced from eating any dark chocolate; including ones that contain 92% cacao, and are organic.
