It's bcoz maybe you have the combination type skin, T zone usually oily & the rest is dry/normal type. So you may need some face wash that suits combination types.

But 1st, you have to keep hydrating your skin, with niacinamide, ceramides, peptides, glycerine, hyaluronic acid based products. You must use any good alcohol free hydrating toner then niacinamide serum daily at least once/twice a day. then night cream/gel at night. Hyaluronic acid sheet mask once in 9-10 days.
