Good job using the fire foam on the ceiling then taping bedding and floating. One question is that access panel rated for that penetration?

GM Ray - I assume that sleeve band is for a roof drain . They have no hub sleeve bands with 6 to 8 bands on each. A good size Plumbing Supply House would stock these. ❤⭐️🌟⭐️

You can but should be a fire foam like he used when in ceiling or fire rated walls

Ceilings are normally 5/8 due to fire rating. I would use one fire rated access panel.
