A painful problem isn’t set in stone. To the contrary, it's the negative manifestation of something in your psyche, which, when made conscious, transforms into a positive expression. This is due to the fact that every human process manifests either positively or negatively, in other words, consciously or unconsciously.
For example, you can use your strength to stand up for your feelings. But you could also use it to abuse someone. So, strength in itself is neither good nor bad-it’s neutral. It all depends on how you use it, meaning, how conscious you are of it in yourself.
You can be emotional to share your true feelings but you could also oppress someone with your emotions. You can be rational to figure out the correct answer to something but you could also be rational as a way to avoid your feelings. You can be intelligent to do good in the world or to do bad in the world. Or say you’re a cautious person; this can protect you from a lot of problems but it could also cut you off from fully experiencing life.
The attribute itself doesn’t determine how it manifests-YOU do. Your problem is the negative expression of a meaningful, positive process, and your job is to hunt for the core quality behind the unconscious, negative expression, and integrate it in a conscious, positive way. Today’s exercise shows you how to do this. You can apply it to depression, anxiety, attention deficit, trauma, and many other problems. This will help move you toward healing, growth, inner strength, and wisdom.

I found this channel a few years ago and every time I listen I am blown away at how timely the content is. This particular discussion came to me at a time when I was thinking about my sanity and then I realized after listening that I should be thinking about my sanity because it means I am not insane. The intellectual individual tends to suffer because we do take the human experience so seriously, and constantly wonder what is the purpose; but I suspect that this is what makes life grand in that we have the distinct ability to ponder the very subject. To be at peace with yourself and your thoughts when you are alone is mastery. Thank you for this content.

Enemies are obstacles in my view point, but little do they know that sll the mischief that they send my way does not only make me stronger but gives me enough experience to overcome future problems they cause me. You have the best advices by the way. MIND OVER MATTER!!!

I've been going through some difficulties with my own inner self which has led me down a road to addiction and pain, I now have started a path to recovery and this video helped a lot thanks. Only reason I use is because of intrusive thoughts, anxiety and depression when I am sober, they cause me so much trouble and sadness I just want to escape. I'm learning now how to cope with the endless abyss of my own mind.

Inside the mind are two sensations of that negative and positive. When we understand that it is only the negative sensations that move us towards the specific positives then we will begin to understand navigation in the mind. However if we get stuck on emotions and thoughts we will always be let astray. The negative sensations are clogged with particular thoughts and feelings but we must go to the depths of the mind in order to see them. The same is true when it comes to the positive sensations in the mind these are nothing more than solutions answers that neutralize the negative sensations these are also clogged with particular thoughts and feelings. But again we must go beyond thoughts and feelings down into the negative sensations into the mind in order for us to navigate through and to see where all human behaviour comes from in addition to everything that has been created in our matrix.
