i've had one of these for a few months now and i'l like to add. i bought it on gearbest and the ad said it was a lemfo *shrugs* i have never had an issue with it however there are a few things i would like to note. as an every day driver (what i use it for) it's fine. it tells the time, pushes messages which is great if you're in a situation where you can't access you phone, and of course counting steps. these things it does very well. the light function is better that you'd think. while it's not going to light up a room it's easy to access and is good for stuff like finding the right door key at night or a light switch. it literally has one of the best charging systems i've ever seen, so simple. i charge it every day for about 15-20 minutes while i take a shower and excluding one time where i believe i forgot to plug the lead into my computer it's never dropped under 100% charge. the watch is solid AF. it's heavy and feels like it can take a hit but i wouldn't be pitching it at the local base ball game. if it's not tethered to the app it will revert to it's internal time which can be a few minutes off. i don't believe you can manually set the time but if you can let me know. as for the app (wearfit 2.0) i really don't like it. maybe i'm doing something wrong but it doesn't seem to work half of the time and data acquisition for me is sketchy so i only use it to tether. the heart rate works ok if the watch is in the right place but don't bother with the other vitals including sleep and consider these functions a gimmick. the timer can be a little fiddly if you want something other than the 4 presets. the stopwatch works but in order to stop it you have to tap the screen to turn it on then find the little pause button. i turned off the "raise to wake" function because it got annoying. shake to take a picture doesn't seem to work but i only tried it once. never used the sports stuff. in closing, for the price it's actually pretty good and it doesn't look tacky. the leather band is a good option.

This one appears to be reasonable outdoors, but still will be washed out somewhat in direct sun. It's not a transflective screen like on the Amazfit watches where the reflected sun makes the watch display even brighter outdoors.

Wow, sorry, I don't usually look for that feature, so I don't have any idea which ones have it or not. You might see it in the reviews when I go through the list of apps, but that means you need to watch a lot of reviews. I'd suggest starting with the ones you really like and look for "Disconnected from Phone" or something like that. As for the phone vibrating or ringing if you are away from your watch, that's not as common to find as they anticipate you will always have your watch on and forget your phone, not take off your watch and leave it somewhere.

Great reviews 👍. I purchased this however I have a problem the green diodes reading my heart rate. It doesn't read through my dark skin. It works fine on my palm but not on my wrist. Is this a one off issue with my particular watch? Or a manufacturing industry issue?

It's a technology issue. Some different watches have an adjustment feature in the tethering app that asks you to match your skin color to a sample on the app. Supposedly it then adjusts things to make readings easier and more accurate. I forget which apps do that, but I cover them in the reviews when it comes up.

It's recorded daily on the watch, then transferred to the tethering app on your phone where you can review past days, so make sure you set up phone tethering and sync often.

Mine won’t send notifications for some reason?! I’ve tried just disconnecting over and over again, resetting it and checking my notification setting but for some reason I still don’t get notifications

If you're not prompted to turn on permissions by the app automatically, then go to Settings and Apps and Permissions and activate the permissions there. Just turn them all on for now. Then try it again and see if things go through. Also, in the app you may need to make sure your apps are check marked for sending notifications.

SmartWatch Ticks I made sure all the notification settings were on from the app itself and my iPhone settings, sms and call are on, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, reset the watch and completely redid the pairing options when you register on the app and nothing. Thing is my watch was $70 canadian and Bought two cheaper ones called the UMIDIGI for $45 canadian and it works better for my brother and sister then mine does.

I am not a native speaker but I will try to explain. I have a Redmi note 8 pro and what I did was enter a place on the phone called a second space (those or less a disk partition) When that space is created the phone is practically from the factory and uses part of the main storage. If your phone has this function use it and in that partition download wearfit 2.0 and Set everything normal. If notifications work for you at that time, then you can be sure that if you restart your factory phone, notifications will work for you, if not, Then you will only have to reboot from the factory without knowing for sure if it will work. I backed it up and reset my factory phone and it worked for me.

You need to pair with the app you install on the phone, not just pairing to the phone like with Bluetooth earbuds. It's a separate thing.

The most accurate sensor on a smartwatch is the strap. If the buckle fits one hole to the top you have lost weight and need to eat. If not fits one hole. Below you have gained weight and need to go on a diet. Rest of readings can be safely ignored.

Any watch that uses the Fundo app for tethering and claims ECG chart measurements is Fake. I've proven that time and time again. As for the other readings, each person needs to test them individually with their own skin color, skin thickness, etc.

As I say over and over, Pak, I don't have the ability to test these watches against calibrated standards for accuracy, so what you see is what we get. When folks like you order them and test them with their own bodies and report how well they work, then, with enough reports, we get to know if they appear to be accurate or not. So I cannot tell you if any of the other functions are working correctly, not even step count! My reviews unbox these puppies and show what they are supposed to do. It's really not possible for me to take each one and test each feature or I'd only review one watch a month. Sorry, but accuracy determination, battery life, and similar time consuming activities are not possible on my review schedule. I hope this makes sense.

I have bought sever of the BP and 02 sensor watches. Most from wish. The ONLY one I like I dont even know the name of....It uses the HBAND app. I like it ALOT (but wish I could put more watch faces on it and that it was a better design like my old KW88. The best part of the watch and app combo is that it (Im not sure if its the APP or the Watch) will send a reading to the app every 45min thoughout the day for BP, HeartRate, and Steps (It doesnt do O2 or ECG unfortuately.) I also have the L9 watch also from wish and while it does O2 and ECG along with Blood Pressure and heart rate, it will not send readings automatically....a deal breaker for me. Id be willing to spend up to $350 for a watch that does all that but is a higher quality build...are you listening Samsung and Apple! lol

Bought one from bangood. Worked great but last for the first time left it on my wrist over night. This morning woke up to a black screen and cannot turn watch on. It was well charged and I have had it on charge all day but still nothing. Anyone got any ideas

I have a problem with the clock, time delay on the clock. During the day the clock is a few minutes late.

It's meant to stay tethered to your phone and reset automatically to your phone's clock, which is set by the Internet. They don't run well on their own.

UPDATE: About a week ago, the developers finally decided thay have had enough of the negative ratings and went on to update the Wearfit 2.0 app and is now able to store previous days and weeks statistics captured by the DT78.
