I always watch all of their concerts. and yes jk does almost all the ad libs I said that before, we are talking about high notes in the songs in recent years which is done mostly by jin and jimin now, like fake love (jin and jimin high note were very high that even they talked about in news lol) , Dionysus, dream glow and ... all his solos are the highest songs of all members solos, even yoongi said jin's solos are very difficult and high. jin did many high notes in older songs too like dimple ,or all Japanese songs and ... but not as much as now, no one said jk doesnt do high notes , jin and jimin do it mostly now, not that jk cant , jin and jimin natural voice is higher and their higher range is just higher thats the reason.

There's a few of these compilations that include Crystal Snow, but they NEVER seem to get the proper clip to show Jin doing that le-jin-dary triple high note. And I know I've seen it out there, so it's just frustrating. I'm OT7 so I love all these boys, but I will be the first to admit that Jin gets played dirty sometimes.

jin's high notes are great and fun fact is he didnt have any singing experience and now the one that Grammy praised and wrote about, KMA praised his high notes and even fake love won mentioning especially jin's vocals, the K media wrote article about bts being the nation's pride with jin as the main focus after the SA concert, MNE named his high note in Dionysus as the best moment of the album and ... he really is leJINdary. :D

Jin improved a lot and is a great singer. His voice is beautiful. Jimin responsible for most of those impressive high notes in their song. His voice is angelic and delicate. V has the widest vocal range in the group. He is in the top 3 (with the widest vocal range) in Korean KPOP. His voice is soulful and unique. JK (Jungkook) has the most stable voice. He can pretty much run and jump around and sound like he is standing still. Really impressive. His voice is angelic and versatile. They are still improving. That's the scary part.

Taehyung or V has a 3 to 4 octave vocal range and is known to have perfect pitch. Jin is a close rival to Taehyung as far as range...he can hit falsetto but also lower tones like Tae. Jimin and Kookie(Jungkook) also have a high falsetto range. Jimin is known for hitting the high notes. Kookie is the best at riffs and runs. All 7 of them are vocally talented.

@@hananana1155 Jimin's A5 is head voice which is like falsetto, but with more cord closure. Jungkook and Jimin's A#5s, Tae's C6 and Jin's B5 are all squeaks, not really proper notes at the time they were demonstrated. Jimin Jungkook’s highest proper notes are A5s, Jin's is G#5 and Tae's is G5 or G#5. All of these proper as in sung not screamed btw, none is really proper technically.

In my opinion, Jungkook and Jin are the most stable members. Taehyung has perfect pitch and Jimin in the king of high notes. After seeing them live, I can say I was underappreciating Jin's vocal. Jungkook and Jimin have airy voices, while Jin is more nasally and Taehyung (V) has a lower, more soulful voice (although baby can hit those high notes woohoo!). You can appreciate their voices by watching their individual video (Euphoria, Serendipity, Epiphany, and Singularity or Begin, Lie, Awake, and Stigma) Also the Jin video you watched only showed one side of him. There is so much more to know. He is not just a pretty face. He is actually really really shy but say those things to make the crew laugh and his members feel less anxious/stressed about public appearances. I would suggest watching more Jin video (don't have a link tho) Thank you for your reaction. It's a pleasure to watch you discover BTS like this. Keep up the good work 💛

In terms of vocals in Bts they are all strong (including the rap line) All of them have different styles that they enjoy and sound strongest in When you consider that Jungkook was the only one that had any experience as a vocalist it really makes you appreciate how far they have come Jungkook voice has a light and airy feel when singing, if you want an example I recommend watching the behind the scenes video of JK recording the remix of euphoria Jimin has the highest natural singing voice, he has a signature vocal fry and has a really sweet quality to his voice, check out his solo song Promise as an example Jin has an operatic quality to his voice, his voice really shines in ballads and it is really apparent in his solo songs Awake and Epiphany Tae voice has a deep and rich sound but he has an amazing range as demonstrated in Stigma, his voice is pretty easy to pick out since it’s the deepest out of the singers J-Hope although he doesn’t show case it much, can really sing, although you probably already know; a good example is his Mama solo performance, this boy brought out a CHOIR Suga is another example of someone how doesn’t really showcase his singing, of course, singing isn’t something he excels at, but he has the ability to as shown in his duet performance with J-Hope of their Sope anthem Otsukare in Japan Rm has shown in his Mono mixtape that he’s able to write and sing to beautiful melodies, others members call his singing obnoxious (jokingly ofc) but we know that he’s a able to put a good song together and use his voice to bring it together Lol I just realized I just comment 3 times on one video, I just don’t know what to do I’m just so early literally like 50 secs from upload 😂

Bee Jungkook had been auditioning with the intentions of being a vocalist, he had been singing on his own and practicing. If you look at his audition clips or even anything from a while back, JK was already quite skilled as a vocalist, he simply gained more experience, polish, and confidence over the years. The other members didn’t really have any actual experience with singing (other than Tae music lessons here and there when he was younger). Everyone else had specialized in other areas like rap, dance, acting, and production. When it came to singing, pretty much everyone other than JK started from scratch, but now they all sound amazing and can perform beautifully together and individually💜

Bee I’d have to disagree with you saying that they all started at Bts at the same level I don’t know if you’ve seen a lot of their past Korean content but Jungkook was discovered from his audition with SuperStar K (it’s pretty much a show meant for younger people aspiring to become idols) That wasn’t an audition for BigHit, it just drew the attention of a lot of agencies This is what I mean by experience, he was already singing and going in the direction of being a vocalist before going to BigHit When he joined, he was already established as a skilled singer among the members, he just wasn’t confident and still shy We all know that Jk is the main vocalist for a reason, he is the most well versed in terms technical skill But to simply discredit everyone else by just saying he’s better than them isn’t really fair and a bit rude All of them can hold their own, have their own style, and tbh people have different opinions on who’s “the best” They have distinct and unique voices and excel at different things, they complete the group by making up for each others weaknesses There is no “best singer” in Bts, it’s just a matter of personal preference

Yeah. They are the most complete group of the world. A lot of other groups have great vocals. Maybe some of them are better. But you can never find such a versatile combination of vocals. Jimin can hit the highest possible notes. He has the most unique voice which can be distinguished in any situation. His upper register is almost similar to a feminine voice but still he managed to remain extraordinary. Jungkook is the main vocal cause he has the most stable voice. He can dance the hell outta him and can still sing to his full calibre. Jin has a nasally voice and the most important thing is he started singing at thr age of 21/22 but still managed reach this point. He practised so hard that he can hit any notes without any effort. And here comes V. He has literally the most unique voice of the world. I never heard anything like this. He can sing in the voice deeper than a sea and can also sing in high notes.His voice is so much soulful and I bet you can never find such a deep voice. He is just extraordinary.

BTS is a group that has it all. There are no gaps in their game. Dance Line - JHope as Lead, JiMin, Jungkook, V. Rap Line - RM as Lead, Suga, JHope. Vocal Line - Jungkook as Lead, JiMin, V, Jin. As you can see, All 7 can dance. JHope grew up street dancing. JiMin was top student in High School for Performing Arts for dance. Jungkook was sent to LA in 2012 for a couple of months to learn all types of dance. The Rap Line can also sing. They’ve each sung on their solo mixtapes and RM has sung with Jungkook on a couple of solo songs. Jungkook and V can also rap. Jungkook rapped a lot in the first album. V aspired to rap at any chance because he loves it so much. V and Jin can act. V was in Kdrama Hwarang and Jin got a degree in Acting. Suga, RM and JHope are in the Korean Music Copyright Association. All 7 have written and produced songs for BTS and/or solo work. The Vocal Line is one of the strongest ever seen. Jungkook and V have perfect pitch (not sure about JiMin and Jin). V is the only Baritone and has the largest range. JiMin has the highest Falsetto. BTS is the most well curated group I've ever come across. On so many levels. I've rewritten this comment several time now and probably typed enough words to put together a doctoral thesis, but in the end the thing I really want to reiterate is that BTS is Big Hit's flagship group. Its bank or bust. This was the group that Bang PD staked his career and all his fortunes on, and the man was not messing around. He put together the best brains, talent, personality, creativity, and drive that he could find and allowed them the freedoms of expression that many artists only dream, trusting that he could guide them to a place were their visions could and would be realized.

To answer your question about BTS being the most complete group in kpop because they can do everything isn't necessarily true. I'm 200% ARMY, my love of kpop begins and end with BTS but I do see other groups being just as talented as far as singing, dancing and visuals. I believe what separates BTS from other groups is that they genuinely love each other like family because despite being millionaires and some of them have their own property of residence they still choose to live together, they are each other's biggest fan, they support each other completely, no one strives to outshine any of the other members and they are extremely passionate about their creations. I laughed when you said ...oh Jimin and Jungkook are the high singers...cue V and Jimin. All 4 vocalists have superb falsettos, they just have different tones. Jimin might just have the highest natural falsetto but I have heard varying beliefs about that but he does have the lightest and airiest falsetto. Jungkook has a strong voice and is very stable with his falsetto and both he and Jimin probably get the most falsetto lines and they actually contribute to many of the background vocals.. V actually has the biggest vocal range. He was born with perfect pitch and is a natural baritone and Jin is equally strong. He didnt begin singing until he was 20 and was scouted for the group. He has improved a lot. They just each have a very distinctive sound and they blend very well together. There are no weak members in BTS. They are all amazing artists. All can dance. All can sing. And even most of the vocalists can rap. Jungkook used to rap in earlier songs around debut before he transitioned into main vocalist. And their rap line is probably the best in the business. When we say they are super stars, they are super stars. Each one of them could have solo careers. But it's always group first for them. All the members release free music of solo songs, covers or mixtapes they've worked on on their own on Soundcloud. I believe Jimin solo song broke Drakes streaming record. Actually many of the members have broke a variety of Soundcloud records. If you want to start listening to songs I would be happy to start recommending. I think you should go back to debut and watch the evolution.

The each have interesting things about their voices and talent. They all can do falsetto though. Jungkook and Jin seem to have the most stable voices when performing live (many people come away from concerts with a new appreciation for Jin. I think he kinda can slip under peoples radar but when they hear him live he sings so clear and well they take notice). Jungkook, Jin, and Jimin are all tenors and sing in higher brighter tones. Jimin has a higher register and often sings higher (but again they all can) and in past songs he has done a raspy sound too. Jungkook has a breathy tone and has maybe the most adlibs in songs and sings really well while dancing. Jin has a lot of technical skill and works really hard on perfecting his sound, his voice is perfect for ballads (though they can do those too). V is the only one of the singers who is a baritone, he has a lot of range because he can sing lower register notes but also falsettos too. He has a deeper tone. But he also does a raspy growly voice in past songs. The rapline are good at singing and have improved a lot over the years, they may not be considered "singers" (though JHope is considered a sub singer, he has skill) there is a charm to their singing.

I can't say if BTS is most wholesome group out there, but they sure are amazing. For me is not about "They are best dancers among artists" or " They are best vocalist", "They have best rap line" etc. Those things are always up to debate. But what you can't deny is their efforts. Yes they obviously were born as really talented individuals, but for their skills they show off they worked like crazy people. Worked grueling hours, constantly grinding not only for success, but for improvement too. They always working to improve some aspect they feel is not good enaugh. Always pushing themselves to explore something new, acquire new skills to be more versatile, to add excitement and freshness. That never ending grind even when they made it is what makes me respect them most. Most artist who hits top and start to make huge sums of money start take it easy, try to cash in, enjoy fame they finally got after all that grind. @DTParker, I'm over 40 and have grown up listening to all kinds of music, been a fan of many groups, but hand on heart I can honestly say I have never seen anyone like BTS. They are indeed the most complete group. From rap, vocal, music genres, dance skills, performance levels, lyrical geniuses, beautiful personalities, inspirational not to just the young generation, but to everyone, full of respect and love for each other and their fans. The thing with BTS is that they have no weakness and no lacking in EVERY. SINGLE. ASPECT Usually groups have at least one thing that they lack of, sometimes it's the lyrics, sometimes it's the versatility, sometimes it's the raplines...ect But BTS has everything, amazing and powerful vocals, genius and deep self written lyrics, produce their own songs, have the best rapline in the kpop industry, amazing choreographys, music videos are genius and hella pleasant to the eye, at the same time tells a specific story, have an inspiring underdog story, are hella versatile and does every genre of music, hardworkers, humbleness and geniune personalities, albums inspired from art and litterature, fashion on point, massive following and influence, can play instruments, make you feel all kind of emotions while listening to their songs, LIKE WHAT DO WE WANT MORE ? v/taehyung has the soul voice, r&b music fits him like a glove.jungkook is the main vocalist seen as he has the most stable voice while dancing so basically he has a strong stamina. jimin has the light , sometimes cry voice, his voice is tender and feminine, he mostly does the highnotes. jin has a honey like voice, at times his voice can be seen as nasal, but that's really just his voice , it's really unique, he also does the highnotes but not as much as jimin, ps he's a really underrated vocalist so try to pay attention to him, he's a gem. all of them has stable voices while dancing and gives 110% every time they perform, their voices are all meant for different situations, but blends together very well. overall there are 4 vocalists out of the 7 members jhope/hoseok, namjoon/rm and suga/yoongi/agust d are the rappers, the reason why they didn't apear on this video.

Actually jin and jimin does most of the high notes, jungkook does most of the adlibs and he does hignotes too and taehyung or V has the widest range he can sing in lowest range(singularity) and higher range(stigma). Also do check their solo songs you will get to know the difference and range of their voices better.

BTS do get backlash from the kpop community for their vocals especially Jimin because of some of his voice cracks. Crazy, i know. BTS having "weak" vocalists was such a stigma in the kpop community. I know they may not be the best singers in the industry but they're far from weak. I have to agree with you on that. They're such a complete group. Great rappers, singers, dancers, songwriters, producers and even actors lol. This is why we stan and we're here to stay.

I love how most of the comments here praised all four of the vocal line members equally, but let me add some extra points: *Jin* What people often forget is that Jin has this thing that I call an 'easy vibrato' because he can release a vibrato anywhere anytime without much effort, which some people believe is an indicator of a very good singer. He also have an excellent breath control thanks to his practices. When you see him live, you'll notice that he has one of the most stable vocals, probably second only to Jungkook (but basically all four of them are already very stable at the first place Jungkook's just _insanely_ stable) *Jimin* He made it look easy, but it is actually difficult for male singers to hit female's vocal range. What I love about his voice is it can actually fit basically any genre of music. His voice is just so so delicate and powerful at the same time. *V* I am pretty sure V is the only baritone amongst the tenors. His voice to me has a certain warmth to it that fits perfectly with soulful songs. To be honest, I have never heard of a voice like him anywhere, his voice is so unique and his falsetto is kinda underrated. *Jungkook* Jungkook has a very breathy voice that he's taken a full control of. To me his voice sounds like an indie vocalist but it can shapeshifts (?) into any kind of style he wants in a certain time. Similar to Jin, he can release a vibrato anytime he wants as well, albeit a bit subtler. 4:35 all four of them are strong in own ways, these clips just didn't exactly showcase all of their vocal strength equally. Basically all four of them can hit high notes but Jimin's natural speaking voice is already pretty high so he is the one most frequently tasked to do the solo high notes as it strains his vocal chords the least out of the other three.

#Jimin is tenor and can go as far 8octave like Fredie M. His falsetto is also smooth. Yet, his low notes is very interesting. He is the lead singer. #JK is tenor but can also do be a baritone and beautiful falsetto. He is the main vocals because he plays more parts in their songs. #V is a soulful baritone who can do bass and a flawless falsetto. #Jin is tenor who can do bass and adorable falsetto.

I watched your reaction to high notes and falsettos. So you have seen the vocal line Jin, Jimin, V and Jeongguk. Talking about their talents in singing. But, PLEASE check out their RAP lines SUGA, J-hope and RM. check out how they can weave their story into their writing skills. RM’s word play and Suga’s tongue technology. Check out their Cyphers 1,2,3,4 in the earlier part of their careers. Remember your reaction BTS being underdogs and had many haters. This is how they diss back. Look for the lyric videos. It's kinda sad how BTS have 4 talented vocalists but two of them are literally treated like trash and given one line per song or being bg vocals for others. Jin and Tae truly deserve better than this. I think every Taejin stan know how skilled those two are when it comes to singing, live singing, but they can't show it because they don't get any opportunities to do so.

But in BTS the vocalists have OST while neither the main or lead vocalist has one. Plus that both Jimin and Jungkook have less solo activities than Jin and Tae.
