Hi Dr Berg First of all, thank you, thank you for your selfless sharing of experience to help us learn more. After I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in June I worked hard to change myself and started fasting to just one meal a day for 20, 24, 48 or 90 hours but usually 48 hours. At least 45 minutes of exercise every day, the weight has dropped from 94kg to 72-74kg Now, my fasting blood sugar is relatively high in the morning, so I do jogging or brisk walking every morning. Blood sugar is higher than when I wake up, hope Dr. Berg can do an episode how to fix it? Thank you (I have cheese, but I can't eat it after watching your video yesterday)

Really thank you for your video. They help me a lot. I begin my fasting and keto diet on March 22. I start with one meal per day and vegan keto diet right from first day till now. I have reduce my organ fat from 23 to 14 and lost 15 kgs from 95.3 kgs to 80.5 kgs this morning. I take vegan supplements I bought from Amazon. I will continue this diet. No plan for stopping it. I feel great. Thank you again.

Will a pinch of salt cancel the benefit of ACV? I mix a pinch of Himalayan salt & magnesium chloride flake along with a teaspoon of ACV & a lime squeezed into a cup of water.
