DUCATI 916 Fuel Pump repair

so I finally got my fuel line orings, and I managed to stop the leaks coming from the quick connectors..
So in this video I show you how to remove and replace the Ducati 916 female fuel line quick connectors on the fuel pump.
then I fire this bike up !

I'm restoring a 2001 996S EU model and really enjoy your videos for gaining knowledge and hearing your explanation of things. The tank and fuel pump assembly on my 996 were in pretty poor condition (flaking tank sealant over rusty tank, fuel lines wasted away, etc, so for the next vid if you could keep showing the level of detail when rebuilding your fuel pump assembly it would be greatly appreciated!

Heads up, the forward mount on the tank has been know to come loose, and getting sucked into the intake. Be sure to loctite the screws in. Well done

Great to see this project coming together, sounds a lot better after the fuel leaks etc, yes i think i wouldn't be brave enough to have bought this in the beginning but fair play to you. Keep the clip's coming as I've learnt a few different things on your jouney with getting this bike back.

If anyone knows how to fix the broken one please help me out. Broken plastic left inside there. I can’t get it out. I ordered new metal ones to install it in. Plastic ones are seem too fragile.

Hi it should just break out or heat it up then press in a large flat screwdriver and turn it out you will have to remove the fuel pump
