If you still think that roasting a duck breast is very difficult - you are wrong !!! Everything is simple when you have high-quality "Lapino pintas" duck. This time I baked duck fillet with vegetables. Everything is fast, simple and not complicated at all!
The most important thing is not to rush, put the fillet pieces in an unheated pan, bake on low heat for 8 minutes on one side, turn over for 8 minutes, bake on the other side, and then bake for another 8 minutes in a preheated 180C oven. And everything is ready in 24 minutes.
You will need:
~ 500g "Lapino pinta" Duck fillet with skin
Salt, pepper
2 peppers
Zucchini
3 pears
Salt, pepper
2v / h olive oil
2 tbsp / maple syrup
For dressing:
30g butter
50g onion
150ml of wine
150ml cream 30%
Salt
Spoon of honey
