That is unfortunately the problem: where do we draw the line legally? Someone like Tori or Blaire walked into the bathroom to pee and nobody would even guess, or bat an eye, or think twice. But someone with a five o'clock shadow and a bulge walks in, and it’s an obvious problem. But since both scenarios it’s a male identifying as trans, legally speaking either both should be allowed in the ladies room, or neither. When creeps and perverts get to hide behind the label of transgender, and be viciously guarded from criticism by the alphabet soup community, what else have we to do but ban people like Tori and Blaire from using the public ladies room in order to close the self-ID loophole those very same creeps and perverts use. How can we even begin to navigate Tori and Blaire being about to use public amenities without also at the same time allowing perverts to use those same amenities under the guise of ‘being trans’.

They already are privileged if they're in the US or the UK (afaik) so it aggravates me when they still claim to be oppressed and victimized because they live in a first world country. Tldr; they claim to be victims while being privileged while older LGBT people were actually oppressed. And I can imagine upsetting to LGBT people who are still oppressed due to where they live. And their playing victim is demeaning to anyone who is or was oppressed/victims (and have mental issues from it.) Idk how it's like in other first world countries than US and UK but it's gotta be better than some shithole country that actually oppresses trans people. I imagine people in countries that still oppress LGBT people (and usually 3rd world so everyone in general.) Buck says he doesn't like it because he was one of the LGBT people who lived back when they were victimized for walking down the street and faced actual oppression even in the first world. I wish some of these trans people could go check out Palestine and see how they feel there considering they're already in Queers For Palestine. And their playing victim can be upsetting to people who truly are or have been victimized and/or oppressed in general. They make it harder for us to be believed bc it's so easy for us to get lumped in the same category (especially if we live in the first world.) I was born into a bad situation outside of the first world and my brain still will flashback and make me feel as helpless and trapped as I truly was back then despite now being in a good, safe situation now in the US. It's not something I do consciously and I certainly don't enjoy it, I've been trying to get PTSD help for a while. So I really resent anyone who plays the victim and create these imaginary problems for themselves bc they haven't faced adversity. No matter which way you look at it, it's insulting behavior!

@@robcampion9917they talk about freedom but they don’t seem to know what freedom really means. Their idea of freedom is to do whatever you want. But how can you fight for freedom for all, if many want to do things that take away the freedom of others? That’s why freedom doesn’t mean being able to do whatever you want. Freedom is the innate human right to live one’s life without interference nor infringement of others. That’s true freedom. They’re conflating their sense of over self importance with freedom and lead to them basically arguing with themselves as they claim to support 2 opposite beliefs.

I recently commented that I liked a Right Wing meme and EVERYONE was immediately disrespectful. Not one person who said somethings like "I don't agree with you there but I'm interested to hear why you feel that way." I even asked for respectful discussion and still got called stupid, another said my medication made me dumb (bc they looked at my profile to "reveal dirt" on me, petty asfff. Idk like right away, when people do that I know they're gonna be petty.) It just angers me that people who disagree these days can't have respectful discussion and immediately resort to this behavior. I highly suspect they were on the Left or at least strongly supported some aspects of it.

Nancy Mace may be a little aggressive in her speech but imagine what we've had to deal with since this whole fiasco started. Males started competing against females in sports, the girls were threatened at universities that they would lose their sponsorships, scholarships, spot on the team...males started using the locker rooms with their johnson all out, males started taking not only physical sports awards and spots but literary and female recognition awards as well. There's been an increase of violence against women, verbal assaults, indoctrination in schools, adult shows by drags for kids, forcing us to change language at the risk of expulsion or being fired, kids being literally damaged for life and lied to, and so much more. And we've just had to sit here grinding our teeth. So although Nancy Mace is being aggressive and a little insensitive, we're happy that she's strong in her conviction and that she's been a voice to us. We've seen the past four years what happens when you give a finger...and I think people like Nancy and Trump and others will stand up to bring back normal again. I'm sure sincere people like Buck and Blair will not be affected but it will not be a free for all and you will not be able to break the law (like exposing yourself to kids at lockers) just because you put yourself in a protected class.

Though being sensitive, kind, accommodating etc is how we got into this mess, how it got this far. One of the hallmarks of being a woman is that if we stand up for ourselves we're being "bitchy" or "insensitive", but men are assertive. A lot of us are just fed up being told we don't matter and to sit down and shut up while tolerating things that violate our rights. I support Nancy Mace personally. Not sure if we'd have got any protective regulations pushed otherwise.

I'm from Florida and I travel up and down the state all the time. Since we're a tourist state, we have many public rest stops along the state road. I have noticed that for the last couple of months, the maintenance workers have been patrolling who goes into the restrooms. I have noticed that they are like keeping guard outside it to protect, especially when there are men just loitering around. If a man gets close to the female restroom, they stop them and point out that they're going into the wrong bathroom. And I'm talking about big strong men maintenance workers keeping guard. Honestly, it feels reassuring, as I'm sure there's been many scary situations occur. Their relatives probably feel insecure and they have compassion on us. It wasn't like this before but it is now. Being in the women's restroom with a literal man is the scariest thing ever and we appreciate men protecting women and girls.

Great work both of you! As she is a survivor of SA I can understand Nancy Mace's hardcore stance. I know nothing abut her SA and I don't really want to or need to. Just knowing that she has gone through that is enough to understand her not wanting anyone obviously unfemale in the women's restroom as it is the public place where a woman is in one of her most exposed and weakest positions. I have a couple of friends who are also SA survivors who basically refuse to use public restrooms just because of how risky they view it as being. Unisex/family/whatever bathrooms are also reasonable alternatives, and those are the ones that at least one of my aforementioned survivor friends feels like she can use safely if there's a door lock. They're not always so easy to add to existing buildings though, which makes it reasonable for why some places do not have them. That said, for thirty years I've pretty much had the standard belief: go use the restroom for what you pass as. Once you're in that stall, take care of your business and get the heck out like all of us are trying to do in a public restroom, also trying to minimize our exposure to floors. Seriously, women I know would rather hold their handbags in their teeth if there was no hook because those floors are gross. Actually, women's restrooms are perhaps more likely to have amenities than Men's restrooms. In a church I once worked at as a sexton (janitor), the downstairs women's bathroom had a front room that had a loveseat, a side table with a vase of (fake) flowers and a selection of magazines, a counter across from the loveseat with a mirror over it for checking hair and makeup or whatever, and then beyond that was the area with toilet stalls and sinks. 😀 And, to my surprise, the floors in each restroom were equally gross/sticky before I mopped. That confused me, but I wasn't about to ask for explanations. 😀

@ I hear you. If Torii, Alexis or Blaire walked into a women’s loo, nobody would even notice that they’re Trans women, that’s how well they pass. None of them could possibly use the men’s just like Buck couldn’t go into the women’s loo even though he’s biologically female. Women would be yelling at him. For those above, who have GD and have done everything possible to pass as the gender they feel they are, people won’t even notice or bat an eyelid. It’s only the “pretenders” or AGPS that make no effort and feel entitled that women get upset about. True TG’s just want to live their lives like the rest of us. And maybe it could be a card activated door so only the business employees can use them? Shouldn’t have to explain it any further. If I was running a business, instead of spending so much trying to reshape my building, I’d try to create a nearby building and give these rare individuals the accommodations to use them, so long as they don’t let it slow down their productivity. But I’m probably the most lenient and tolerant compared to most where I live.

They only care about validation. While the other side cares about absolute order. The side that cares about absolute order would have little to no power if the other side would stop obsessing over validation. It’s extremely selfish. Spaces were separate for privacy, comfort, and safety. Everybody else understands that. And we never needed a law because we all understood that. But now the selfish extremists are forcing themselves beyond everybody else’s comfort and safety zone. They act like it’s just a space and yet they get upset when told to use the other space like everybody gets told. Granted most of us don’t have to be told because it’s common sense. It’s ingrained into our minds, our dna. Even as a child I understood. I don’t like using those public spaces due to the fact I’ve encountered too many crazies. So I can definitely understand why the separation exists. If they had an ounce of consideration like you 2 do, they would understand and have a movement calling for their own exclusive space. And while the side of absolute order would oppose wasting money over something like that, most people would agree that creating this new space would bring order plus comfort and safety back. And so that side would become overshadowed and eventually they will have to accept that the real world is more complex and they can’t expect absolute order to be so simple.

I definitely dont think unisex bathrooms are bad in general, i think though they arent perfect, specifically in a scenario where the bathroom is like a large room with many stalls but also there are no womens restrooms. Ive read stories of some women encountering this and feeling uncomfortable because their only option was to go to the unisex bathroom, where men were present, and i can understand why in this situation somebody could feel uncomfortable. It seems like in those situations also that the building had originally separate bathrooms but repurposed them. I can understand why it'd be hard to just make a new bathroom, you cant just add a room to a house, but removing separated bathrooms isnt a great mov either if you got a multistall bathroom

No offense but Torii I think forgets she was once a guy? And as far as Buck goes I think he’s got serious problems too! Really though Torii did say she didn’t forget who she was and where she came from but if she get dig on other people especially trans that’s her specialty! It’s not like she’s coming back to her channel heaven forbid!❤️💕

Where is the humor in this? I hear a lot of laughs but I see no humor.
