I'm surprised how many viewers forget that Suzie is Mormon and Mormon's tend to have a lot of children.
@sarah.the.clumsy2 жыл бұрын
Agreed, but I think it was only mentioned once in season 3. Unless I am forgetting something. And you're right. As a kid over the years I was friends with about 4 LDS families and they each had at least 6 children.
@popculturewatch86892 жыл бұрын
It's not like she's a major part of the story. It's very easy to forget anything about her character after her being with Dustin and is really start. Even with her being highlighted as religious in episode 1, that doesn't mean Mormon.
@laurakali65222 жыл бұрын
Not only that, but during the 70’s and 80’s summers and spring breaks were like this in the suburbs. Kids in and out of the house, never knowing who was where, if someone had a pool, cool basement or garage all the neighborhood kids would be there. Parents were a bit clueless and kids were actually encouraged to just hang out and make their own fun.
@reddwarf94222 жыл бұрын
Ok, people are saying it was mentioned once a while back. Um, come on everyone....she lives in Salt Lake City! That alone is enough to put it together lol

Although the scene at Suzie's house seems ridiculous and chaotic, I actually not that weird. Video games were out by now but on spring break or summer break, kids mainly just made their own fun. So either you have bikes and you're out and about or your inside playing pretend ninja or pretend pirate or warriror.

i kiiiiind of understood great-value-brand tom cruise’s point of view wanting to find eddie because he thought he normal-murdered chrissy. when he went batshit this episode and walked into the town meeting i just wanted the chief to tell his cops to jump on his ass and drag him away 😂 but yeah, i played d&d in the 80s and the satanic panic was real. there were even congressional hearings and shit because of possible satanic lyrics in music 🤦🏼♀️ thankfully my mom was awesome. since she owned most of the music they were bitching about, she was totally chill with my d&d habit. she even bought me my first dungeon master’s guide at the ripe old age of 10 years old 😃
