Duke Special Song of Fraternization at the National Theatre, London 03.10.09

I saw this yesterday in production at the New Theatre Royal and I was completely taken aback. It was amazing, and nothing short of it. Duke Special are so brilliantly talented. Thank you for putting up this video. =]

Duke has just released a CD of the songs he wrote and performed for Mother Courage. This is available from the shop on his website.

And by New Theatre Royal, I meant National Theatre. And Duke Special where what they were introduced as, is what is on the CD I have of them, and how they're saved on my iPod.

I think the songs became the best part of the play for me (Except for Fiona Shaw's brilliance) and this song was just bloody brilliant. Is there a Mother Courage soundtrack I can buy?

Duke Special isn't really the name of the band persay they all have character names and Peters is Duke Special because a decendent of his was a highway man and he stole a duke's form of idenitficatian as a duke and so Duke Special is Peter not the band
