In my opinion, if people don't have as much as 5 mins at the end of every night for THEMSELVES then there's seriously something wrong with that. People who are judging this video or wondering if you actually do this are just jealous that they don't plan themselves properly to do it either. they sell them at counters like in macy's or dillards and other places like that. They retail for like $150-$250 (just a rough estimate) but they are well worth the price! I have one and use it every night and it leaves your skin feeling perfectly clean! I would invest in one because they are really worth it :) the brand is called 'clarisonic' and they have different types of those facial brushes hopefully that helps!

some toners are also chemical exfoliants so they remove dead skin. not sure if all do that, but i use the clinique one that has the exfoliant and i love it!

I shower in the evening and the morning too. So I dont find it wierd. In the evening you want to go to bed feeling clean and refresh specially if you have a husband. And in the mor ing you feel so much better and more awake!

Health and well being experts recommend you start unwinding at least an hour before bedtime. Granted it's not possible every night and I don't doubt that even Dulce can maintain it every single night but if people are complaining they don't have time for themselves or are envious of her lifestyle, well stop complaining and start doing something about it!
