He just lost it after some point in the 2010's and has never really seemed to recover. It was just that Arron Rogers was able to cover up for poor calls doing his own for a while. You would see it on times Arron Rogers was not ready in mid 2010's and would run a poor play of some kind.

Little Billy Belichick rode Tom Brady's coattails for 20 seasons to get 6 rings.......and if you doubt me, look up Belichick's win/loss record as a head coach when he doesn't have Tom Brady on one of his teams.

Hearing AARON RODGERS say that the Packers won a Super Bowl DESPITE McCarthy absolutely killed me. But hey, at least Dallas will be healthier this year, right?

1. Nice sepia tones on the game. I think I understand why you had to do it. 2. Once again I think you forgot about your Danny White double fake punt video. 3. White’s fake punts came as a result of decisions he made on the field on the fly. IMO, the best fake kicks are a result of teams having an automatic call the players make on the field based on their opponent’s formation. The Ravens are particularly good at this. The Cowboys were running a very intricate play, which suggests it was called from the sideline. I believe that gives the “defense” a better chance to react properly. 4. Mike McCarthy, for as long as he’s been in the league, I think is up there with Don McCafferty (Colts, Super Bowl V) as coaches where you almost say of them, “Wait, he WON a Super Bowl?”

Calling a fake punt and going for it when down 4 with less than 5 minutes left is understandable. There's a legitimate chance you never see the ball again. With almost 13 minutes left? Ridiculous.

The Football Team already knew to look for that reverse action based on what the Cowboys already put on film and done during this game, so I don't know what McCarthy was thinking here. I'm not sure what was worse in 2020: his 4th down decisions or Jets defensive coordinator Gregg Williams' zero blitz/engage eight at the end of his team's home loss to the Raiders.

I think you are totally missing the point here. You have to take the season into perspective and the devastating injuries the Cowboys had suffered. He knew the Cowboys were not going anywhere for the season. So he called a lot of crazy plays just to see how his players would perform. The rest of the season was coached like pre-season games for next season. As a Cowboys fan I have no problem with these calls. After Dak got injured along with all the other injuries and other issues the Cowboys were going through, I was hoping they would lose the rest of the games and get a higher draft pick. In hindsight, it looks like it worked out for the Cowboys. With the exception of the Broncos game were the Boys stunk up the place, they are having an awesome season. If their kicker could have made a field goal in the Buccaneers game they would have the best record in the league. GO COWBOYS!
