Dumbbell Chest Press 4x8-12 reps
Dumbbell Neutral Grip Chest Press 4x8-12 reps
Dumbbell Bone And Arrow Chest Press 4x8-12 reps
Dumbbell Chest Flies 4x8-12 reps
Dumbbell Pullover 4x8-12 reps
Do not do this workout more than twice a week.
get at least 2-3 days of rest in between workout days.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Laying down on the floor is actually good for your back, but working out while laying on the floor I have no idea, it doesn't seem bad, the only problem i see is that you can not pull your arms back all the way which some people say is necessary for a proper workout

the video i clicked after this one actually explained how it is good to do the excersices on the floor like that and limit your range, because it will prevent injury and you don't need to extend that far back to get a good workout.. i'm definatly going to try it like this now

I've been doing Muay Thai classes that's almost 2-3 hours of intense training (kicking bags etc.) for a few weeks and I will try do this after my daily training at home. Thanks bro! Get a weight that you can complete 4 sets of 8-12 reps with. Make sure you feel the burn while maintaining a good form.

Joseph Ensley get a boxing skipping rope and do 10 15 mins on your off days you will burn fat while resting your muscles. It's helping me and cut out sugar. I don't like gyms meself and need to loose weight. Goodluck pal

Hye Maks P thanks for the tips and guides. Anyway I started to perform dumbell press and dumbell flies for about two weeks but after the training I only feel pain on my arms not in my chest (triceps and biceps and also on pain on my hands). Thanks i didnt knew you could do chest with dumbbells at home, i buffed my shoulders, neck, biceps and stomach with dumbbells at home but with no workout on the chest, everything else buffed except my chest look funny, like everything else is big and my chest small lol, will make sure to put my chest as a priority from now on

bro, do you understand why you can't do that chest exercise for more than twice a week and rest for 2-3 days for each time you exercise? I want to do this but I want to do it everyday without resting day. I do cardio exercise everyday so I wonder if it can be the same.

1 day rest should be fine but doing it everyday not optimal, however, could work too.

I, too, am feeling my arms way more than my chest. So, should I be working my arms instead ... and then my chest, after my arms aren't so weak? BTW, how long should I rest between each of these individual exercises? If I try to do them back-to-back, I'll never get to 4 complete sets of these. I read 5 minutes between sets, but I'm not sure if a set includes all 5 exercises, or just 1 exercise. I reduced the weight so I can last longer to failure, but I feel silly not being able to do all these, 4 times, with only 7.5lbs of weight in each hand. First time I've ever worked-out with weights, and I'm 60 years old. I just did 3 of all exercises, and I think I'll try 1 more and see if I can do at least 4 reps of each one. Body is sore, but I'll live. I wait to do these every 3 days; takes that to stop hurting long enough to even think about doing these (hahahaha).
