what if a household does not have a bench. can you lay on the floor to these dumbbell exercises?

Bad technique: axis of shoulder-elbow should be more close to 90 degrees to spinal axis

I invite you to not follow these techniques. Really bad and can injure yourself. Dumbbell should not go lower than chest level, elbows should be not lower than 90°, otherwise it will activate shoulder muscles.
