I have always been the guy, in the gym, pushing and pulling the heaviest weight I can (with proper form, of course). I have never mixed it up. No cardio, no CrossFit, no tabata. Thanks to Obi, I am now, challenging my body to reach new heights.

This follow along workout is brilliant, I do it in my garden, I would only swap out the skiers which seem a bit dangerous for the back. Then I finish off with cardio. Absolutely brilliant and all you need is a set of 7.5/10kg dumbells.

Such a great routine ! I come back to this a lot . One thing I find for myself is doing the cleans between the legs instead of outside the legs is better for me (like round 2 he shows) . Love it and great intense workout !

Thank god and also you Obi for this absolutely amazin workout. Using 20 kilo Db and it hurts af!! With the VO/timer i am using the video as podcast which is awesome e.g for training outside on sun. Thx for great content - used to be lifting weights in the gym over and over again, covid / you showed me the complexity i was missing all the time (mobility + conditioning + weightlifting). Priceless

Been off the training couple months now and this is a great comeback workout. Deceptively tough. Thought id gone too safe and too easy with weights at start but NOPE! My av HR was 163bpm and max was 185pm (age wise max supposed to be 177…!) Thanks Obi. Already got sub to your app, but wanted something softer to launch back in with - I was wrong! Ps - cool exercises on video too (would be too long perhaps to do in real time, but list and 2-3 demo of each would be great) keep up the awesome work man, 1000s benefit from your knowledge and enthusiasm 🙌
