🔴SHOULDER WORKOUT
1) Seated dumbbell shoulder press
3-4 sets : 10-15 reps
2) Standing dumbbell lateral raise
3-4 sets : 15-20 reps
3) Seated dumbbell Arnold press
3-4 sets : 10-15 reps
4) Standing dumbbell front raise
3-4 sets : 10-15 reps (each side)
5) Dumbbell rear delt flies / Dumbbell rear delt raise
3-4 sets : 10-15 reps

I'm suffering from cervical stenosis and now on rehab phase. I'm using your videos as the training material. As my upper body muscles are in pathetic condition. Dr advised me using resistance bands for workout. Pls do videos on workout using resistance bands.

instead of relying completely on free workouts, It would be better if you can take a personal coaching assistant from vijo . because it's very important to work on mobility-related exercises and functional strength workouts with proper guidance. one small take away is that, Swimming is an ideal exercise because it exercises all your back muscles in a safe, supportive environment. The water supports your weight well, which means that there's less weight on your back.

Vijo bhai.. Every time I use this video to work out I have a doubt.. For lateral raise you say light weights and maximum weight you use is 14kg. Please clarify whether a single dumbell is 14 kg or two dumbells combined is 14kg. Btw big fan and keep up the good work 👍

And being injured at work out is the worst nightmare and has to spend a good amount of time for rehab. And me being a skinny fat guy, I'm prone to injuries. Ayurveda treats the body in a whole wellness way. you can refer to my channel which I have described ayurvedic body type and nutrition . . but if your goal is to build max muscle, supplement is the last option you should go for .. make sure you have an adequate intake of macronutrients with natural foods . and be patient with daily programmed workouts
