First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Been doing your plan now for 4 weeks. I started with the 2nd block and started the 3rd block this morning. so far I like how with short rest periods I can finish a workout in 40ish minutes or less. Great work!

I like your workout videos! I don't understand why you do not have more subscribers. I also like the fact that it does not appear that you guys are on steroids! It looks like you guys really work out to build muscle based on eating good and working out regularly. I like the one video sometime ago where one of the guys showed that he gained weight and how he lost it by a cutting diet and working out hard. I get so tired of the other channels who show guys who are in great shape but they never talk about the steroids they are on. It's pretty obvious when see a guy on other channels super lean all year round and huge muscles. Good work guys keep it up!

I'm consistenty doing this program. I'm currently at the 2nd Phase, day 1 and will do it tomorrow. This was a fun but intense workout tbh. I'm doing this program every other day. To make it more interesting and challenging, I did a Ladder set (start at 10 reps) and its really rewarding. Btw, I'm doing my 30 day no days off workout challenge. Its my 11th day today. Motivate me and wish me luck Thank you for the program, Buff Dudes!

Zalapski poor technique.. the fact he is doing the dumbbell press in an inclined position...dont drop a pair of heavy dumbbells like that... once you’re about to hit failure or hit your set, bring the dumbbells down to the front of the thighs, sit up (the weight of the dumbbells will force you to sit up), then properly place them to the floor...

Been using your dumbbell only pdf for a couple weeks, on Phase 3 week 2 right now. The routines are great my only problem is overload, my adjustable dumbbells only go to 55lb each. Been compensating by going to failure instead of doing 10 reps everytime, also added in a pullup/chin up/ lat negatives to every upper day

@Turk3yFilms5 жыл бұрын
@@thebigchimpanski4783 i meant buff dudes as in every dude who is buff lol Kttlebells are made to incorporate 2 handed exercises which arent as effective as the one handed exercises performed with dumbbells.
@thebigchimpanski47835 жыл бұрын
Mike Hunt I disagree. Kettlebells are very versatile. You can do plenty of 1 handed exercises. Anything a dumbbell can do a Kettlebells can do (if not better)
@Turk3yFilms5 жыл бұрын
@@thebigchimpanski4783 yeah the one handed exercises are fine, but you might as well be using a dumbbell if you're doing those exercises

Dear Mr Buff Dude, please wear a pair of sport socks and not ones that look like you've borrowed from your grandpa's sock drawer ;) Great session as usual. Tried the seated shoulder press with the bench back in the upright position. I found it so much harder as it really did isolate the lift and fatigue hit much quicker.
