Is this plan for workout only 3 days a week ?? and if I just copy this videos without the pdf, it will work with me ??
@Maximiliano.Montero4 жыл бұрын
I've been doing this program for a few weeks (I'm in phase 3 now) and I highly recommend it especially if you feel intimidated by the barbells in the gym. Dumbbells are a good starting point. @mostafa jaber the pdf comes with the reps to do in each exercise (it changes from phase to phase) and also there is more information on how to perform the exercises plus it's good to find very easy what to do each day if you have a fish memory like me.
@DevinFedarko4 жыл бұрын
@@Maximiliano.Montero I'm a total beginner and had a question. During the first phase once you are done with day 3, do you go straight back to day 1 or do you take a 2 day rest before restarting?
@Maximiliano.Montero4 жыл бұрын
@@DevinFedarko I take 2 day off to complete the week. I do cardio after each session as I want to loose weight too. An alternative would be doing cardio one of those 2 days instead of after each session. But I'm not an expert so not sure if this is the right thing

Hey Buff Dudes you are awesome and I am a new subscriber as of COVID-19 lockdown. This Dumbbell Workout routine was exactly what I was looking for. You are my new workout buddy in my growing basement gym. DB Workout introduced me to your channel and so much more helpful content. Going to be building a Power Rack very soon!! My trivial suggestion is when titling your videos to list the short title before the long title. For instance: instead of “Beginner's Full Body DUMBBELL WORKOUT | Dumbbell Workout Plan P1D1” try “P1D1 Dumbbell Workout Plan| Beginner's Full Body DUMBBELL WORKOUT”. It might just be me, but on my phone when referencing the playlist of DB workouts in the gym only the first few words of the title is viewable on my phone screen regardless of whether full page or landscape view; different story when referencing on computer, and I find it difficult to locate the workout I want at that time not having the Phase (P) and Day (D) short title available in the labelling. I am mixing them up. Thanks in advance for your time into making this channel and answering my inquiry!

I'm 42. Got a gym membership back in mid-April. I haven't been to a gym in as many yrs. Been working out 6 days a week. Completely changed my nutrition... Which is just as important as lifting. Dropped around 15% body fat, 13 lbs initially, then put on 6 lbs of muscle. I feel amazing and the results are very noticeable after 5 months!! You can do it Martin!

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Watching this video for the second time I'm realising just, how good it is. So much information and visual cues, as well as knowing what's going in behind the scenes, in the body so I understand why I need to move in a certain way. It satisfies my 'what', and my 'why', which is really motivating. Thank you.

You can add a single leg dumbbell deadlift to this routine to really round it out. It's a great exercise for real beginners to build up the chain and get the movement figured out before moving on to heavier plates. I've been on the road for the better part of 10 years so I've had to adapt my strength training out of necessity. Even the saddest gym usually has an assortment of dumbbells that you can make work.
