A Reverse lunge to overhead press 4x 10-12/side Single leg bent over row 4x8/side Core pushup db rotation 4x12-16 3-5 sets. I recommend 4 sets B Squat to press 4x8 DB rotation push 4x8-10 Push up to row 4x8-10 Recommend 4 sets overall so you can start on each side. Aim for higher end of the rep range with lower weights if needed. The range is probably more to watch out for tendon/ligament related injuries.
