They are as a whole, but some ally with demogorgon, some with dagon, some partner with illithid colonies.

@The dungeoncast 42:40 there are actually Ixitxachitl in the material plane and more specifically there on the sword Coast in Forgotten Realms and they are not to be trifled with they can kill a dragon Turtle if they have a big enough swarm! Also there's a underdark version of them the Ixzan which worship a rival god to demogorgon !

Shoutout to Demogorgon! He was summoned by Gromph Beanre in Menzobaranzan by accident. Kimmuriel Oblodra inadvertently gave him the spell thinking that it would summon his mother. He made Drizzt go insane and almost got Gromph himself and went tear-assing through the under dark for a while. It was a crazy time. lol

Man time flies, it's been over a year now since I left my first comment on the channel. The first time I ever commented was on episode 141, the succubus episode. Since then my bits have evolved and grown, and its been fun. You two have come along way, and I'm happy to be apart of your community here on youtube. Your journey isn't over yet though, cheers to another 100 episodes! Also good job handling the episode brian, you did good again. I was really curious about what this episode would be, as I didn't really think you'd do demogorgon since he was already the 100th episode, but hey I'm not complaining. Don't really have much else to talk about, but I did have an unrelated idea for a new undead a friend helped me develop I wanted to share. So anybody who's interested can read this. This undead is called a gravewalker. They are the spirits of those with such a strong will to live, that their refusal to pass on has kept them in the mortal realm. In their true forms they appears as spirits that float around. They don't have legs, their appearance is hard to describe. They don't have many facials features, and they have a humanoid shape, just once again they lack legs. They are emaciated and white in color. at the center of their chest there is a glowing black light, from this light black veins spread across their form giving them a filthy look, as dirty as the graveyards they frequent. Here's the real kicker though. All gravewalkers have one thing in common. The desire to posses corpses. In their eternal search for life they will search for corpses to posses, to take as their new shell. Like a morbid hermit crab. From there, their behavior depends on the individual gravewalker. They aren't inherently evil. A more sociable spirit will try to live amongst people in towns and cities, you get the idea. However some corpses may be too decayed for this, which leads me to this spirit's variant, the rotted gravewalker. Contrary to the name their corpse does not need to be rotted to become this. You see in their spectral form they don't have much rational thought as they are driven to find a suitable corpse asap. As such they'll posses the first one they see and are not very mentally stable. If the corpse suits the spirits needs it'll be fine and live out a new life until they die again and the cycle begins anew. If the corpse is not suitable the gravewalker is very likely to go insane and become of the rotted variety. It's difficult to recover, but a rotted gravewalker can recover its sanity after gaining a suitable host. However rotted gravewalkers are highly violent and will attack people in hopes of gaining a new host, often ruining the body anyway from excessive damage. Hope this was enjoyable to read.

Ooh i want a vs series from you two were you each get criteria voted on by your patreons. like god, demon lord and layer of abyss, fire elemental, seelie fae, beast man humanoid, new sub race for dwarf, new warlock patron, new magical instrument, most useless but fun magical item, new druid spell, new dread domain and its dark master, new color of dragon, a new and unique fantasy town we can steal and insert in our game. and then you create one with lore and a statblock. each of you gets 10 minutes max to present your creation. then have two comments one from each of you we can like as a way to vote(we can offer suggestions for next topic in whichever one of your comments we think will like our idea more. who ever wins gets too choose two of the three topics. patreons can vote for for next video and loser chooses one toopic. maybe have a patron be drawn each video who can make 4th choice to vote on. patrons could get enough notice, like a week or so, and even send in their submission for the toppic once its chosen for next video. you could choose a few of your favorites and read them off at begining/end of video kind of like honorable mentions for more community involvement.
