If I remember correctly, Blackberry was born on Munchkin's birthday! She is such a cutie! I'm glad you are posting again. I know you have gotten a lot of new ducks over the last year and I'd love a refresher on the current flock. Also, have a happy Thanksgiving!

BlackBerry is a black bibbed call duck, which doesn’t have any Swedish in their genes BUT the process to make the breed is very similar to the history of Swedish ducks. Basically if you breed a white duck with a black duck you’ll end up with one that looks like BlackBerry. Ducks genetics are really cool and you can predict the colors based on who the parents are!

I make my ducks 🦆 and chickens 🐓 a warm platter when it gets below 30 degrees here in Georgia and a cold platter when it gets above 95 degrees!

I need some help...does anyone know the correct verbiage for the cloth zip up bag type of carrier that ppl will put swan in? When I try to Google it all that comes up is disgusting hunting gear. Ain't nobody subscribed to this channel wanting to hear or see that! I was also wondering if I did find one of those if it would fit a Rouen duck? I'm trying to rescue an injured male at a park and he is enormous. None of my pet carriers will fit him&I have a small car too. If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm very worried about him.

" La charcuterie " is dried pork meat: ham, sausage and so on very exceptionally it can be made with beef and even more rarely with donkey. otherwise in French it's called " un plateau de crudités ( et vers ) " what you do for your adorable duck .
