What do you dp if the injectors doesn't come with the number tag? How do you get the flow rate right?

Will this scanner turn off an injector for diagnosis?

Can you explain how you get to the ECM with this tool, mine wont show the ECM, but will show the transmission, SRS, & ABS modules.
