Massive props to you guys for sticking your necks out and doing something creative. These administrators are great! As for those who think they are unprofessional, I disagree. They are making it relevant to the kids. As administrators you want to be approachable to the kids and build relationship with them. I believe you can do that and still have authority. Way to go guys!
