Nice work i know this is an old video so you might have upgraded. However my numatic nvd752 is about 77db and don't sound to loud. In one of those boxes it would be virtually silent. My current dilema is getting decent hplv extraction, quietly for without running a 2.2kw vacuum.

This is very quiet for a dust extraction

Would have been good to test noise levels at each stage of soundproofing to see how effective each element was. What was the ripple effect in MDF for?
@FALCON390Workshop6 ай бұрын
That would be good. Mdf ripple is to reduce the noise even more

@FALCON390 Workshop lots of things to always consider I guess that can easily be overlooked

Hi very excellent presentation. I have four questions. 1- what is that black plastic in the bottom ? 2- how much gap should be between the foam and the vacuum ? 3- what is that stuff under the foam ? 4- how do you manage to get the heat out ? I appreciate your input.

I'm not an expert. That was just my experiment, and I'm not confident enough to give you correct information

Hi. Definitely. I'm in process of restoring an old garden bench with cast iron sides. Want to use CNC router to make a video more interesting. Hope you will like it.
