Let me explain what brandishing is. If a gun is in its holster that is not brandishing; if a knife is closed that is not brandishing. In the video, you can hear the young person open his knife (listen for the click.) that is brandishing. I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion that people who are actually brandishing their weapons at supermarts and protest are the "same thing."
