I like how you use images/examples to clarify the execution and make it simpler such as the kettle tea pot or the glue/mud you used in a previous video for putting pressure with your feet on the ground. You also said that you have some tips on how to clear your mind in a sticky situation like the blocks. I would be curious, please, to hear about them. All the best

So just to clarify, you do push off with both your front leg and back leg at the same time when starting!?

Hi Cherly. You'll load the front leg in the set position, then once it's set you'll react to the B of the bang and push the rear block away! Please let me know if you require any additional info from me!

When your mind starts to wonder, focus on somethings internal that will take your mind away from your current distraction. Control your breathing, limber up and loosen your body, talk to your self. All these things can make a difference to the out come of your performance.
