One thing I never expected to absolutely love when DF was getting updated with Graphics is this phenomenal soundtrack. I'm so glad we got what we got, and really excited to find out what other songs we may get when the new take on Adventure Mode releases, if any more are composed.

I am enthralled by this OST, it perfectly fits the game. A question to anyone that knows what genre this music falls under, my guess is atmospheric folk music. How would I find more music like this beyond these artists?

I've been working on a spotify playlist on and off for a long time that fits this vibe. A sort of "dwarf fortress" / "RimWorld" vibe list. Try some of these.... "And Here We Are - Tommy Berre"; "Nine White Kites - Peppino D'agostino"; "Brookside Avenue - Dan LaVoie"; "The Impossible - Mike Dawes"; "12 Rooms - Jimmy Wahlsteen"; "TCLD - Stefano Barone"; "Walking Talkin - Erick Turnbull"; "Whiskey Sunrise - Calum Graham" - For a weird funky experimental vibe that still fits, try adding "Kiwi Maddog 20/20 - Elliot Smith" and "Venice Venture - Big Wild" Plug those into a playlist and the "find similar" button should get you where you're going. im waiting on mine to arrive, but i've learned (from the main man himself) that apparently my hand-me-down record player i have is...shit...and likely would damage the records over time, so im saving up for a better turntable... how exactly do they sound diff on vinyl vs digital? from going between this youtube video and my own .flac files, it's.....warmer? in a way? but that might just be placebo, since im listening to it via youtube which does idk what to the audio, and is listening to an analogue media via digital means, kinda defeating the purpose....

How to acquire the vinyl: 1) Dress up as a goblin 2) Go to a fortress known to have such a masterpiece (Blind has one) 3) Insist the vinyl belonged to you first, 'request' the vinyl be handed over along with all Blinds merch 4) Regardless of success/failure, repeat steps 1 to 4

Direct line in, I also use that to record flak files then record cassettes with them. I also record cassettes off spotify or youtube music.. lol
