Lebanon will pay the price, but it is due to their hosting of Hezbollah. Don't blame Israel when it must defend itself against 8000 rockets. Maybe Lebanon did not have a choice, but that is not Israel's fault. Since it is the forces from Lebanon that forced Israelis to be evacuated from the North for almost a full year, why shouldn't Lebanon have to depopulate it's border region. Lebanon forced the fight (even if it is Hezbollah) then it should be Lebanon that needs to have the buffer zone.
